CARE INSTRUCTIONS
When setting up, make sure that all hoses are attached firmly to minimize dripping. Also, the Hit & Mist is made to handle the sun pretty well, but we recommend storing it in a cool, shady place or indoors when not in use. Make sure to disconnect all hoses attached to the Hit & Mist when storing it indoors and also to tilt it around from side to side to pour out all water trapped inside the pipes.

Our products are shipped within 24 hours using one or more of the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FexEx. If you wish to return/exchange your product(s), please email us at support@hitmist.com or visit our Contact Us page and send us a message from there. Make sure you include a reason why you wish to return/exchange your item(s). You will be responsible for paying any and all costs associated with returning/exchanging your item(s), unless the item(s) you received are damaged. Please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is an error on the shipping service's part. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for us to receive, process, and ship back exchanges may vary.
